I have just spent the last few hours integrating my twitter account into the website so tweets can be seen in a block on my sidebar and I anything I write can be forwarded to my twitter account.
It was not too difficult. I user the Twitter Module and then found a good great video which went through the instructions in great details.
Overall I am pleased with the results.
